eating right and getting exercise

Allow me to introduce myself. Im 5'6", have a passion for volleyball and baking, i have a nine foot vertical and i love going to the gym (I've recently started going again and my long term goal is to gain more muscle mass.) I'm at this point where i want to change my fitness level and a big part of that is eating right. But i have no good recipes. So this dicussion is where people can share recipes, workouts, tips etc!
