Good Morning, no workout for me today. My hamstring on my right leg has been hurting since boot camp because we did tons of donkey squats. Its a little better today but I want to give it another day of rest. I may do something this evening if its feeling better this evening. Or I'll do Jillian's yoga dvd.
Hope everyone has been pushing play. I can't believe it. Next week is our last week. Great job everyone.

I think it will be a rest day for me as well. I'll be going out tonight and I wasn't able to do my workout so far because our guests' baby was sleeping in the living room where I exercise while my daughter was sleeping in the bedroom.

I am so behind in my workout. It has been so stressful at work these past 3 days. I have been getting home after 11pm. Just enough time to shower & sleep for 4.5hrs. Off for the next 4 days. I will do Max Cardio & Abs today. Will need to push to the max to stay the course.

Did Max Intenterval today and man was it tough. We're getting a heat wave here and trying to work out in an 80 degree plus house is reallly hard, not looking foward to doing this for a whole week. I never sweated so much through the whole 2 months!
One thing that motivated me was a 2lb. drop on the scale. I was reading the message boards and a woman mentioned fenugreek being a culprit for weight gain, a side effect can be up to 25 lb gain. I thought it sounded familiar and low and behold it was in a blood sugar supplement I have been taking the last 2 months. I stopped it yesterday and saw a drop today, not sure if it was that or my body finally catching up with insanity. Either way I'm elated and hope it continues.0 -
The past week has been very hard I missed 2 workouts which is annoying but couldn't be helped.
2 more workouts to go but I may also do the 2 I missed out on core cardio and max interval.0
