Good Morning, no workout for me today. My hamstring on my right leg has been hurting since boot camp because we did tons of donkey squats. Its a little better today but I want to give it another day of rest. I may do something this evening if its feeling better this evening. Or I'll do Jillian's yoga dvd.

Hope everyone has been pushing play. I can't believe it. Next week is our last week. Great job everyone.

    I think it will be a rest day for me as well. I'll be going out tonight and I wasn't able to do my workout so far because our guests' baby was sleeping in the living room where I exercise while my daughter was sleeping in the bedroom.

    Max interval circuit done and dusted! Looking forward to sports training tomorrow.

    I am so behind in my workout. It has been so stressful at work these past 3 days. I have been getting home after 11pm. Just enough time to shower & sleep for 4.5hrs. Off for the next 4 days. I will do Max Cardio & Abs today. Will need to push to the max to stay the course.

    1pm- Max Cardio & Abs completed.

    Did Max Intenterval today and man was it tough. We're getting a heat wave here and trying to work out in an 80 degree plus house is reallly hard, not looking foward to doing this for a whole week. I never sweated so much through the whole 2 months!

    One thing that motivated me was a 2lb. drop on the scale. I was reading the message boards and a woman mentioned fenugreek being a culprit for weight gain, a side effect can be up to 25 lb gain. I thought it sounded familiar and low and behold it was in a blood sugar supplement I have been taking the last 2 months. I stopped it yesterday and saw a drop today, not sure if it was that or my body finally catching up with insanity. Either way I'm elated and hope it continues.

    The past week has been very hard I missed 2 workouts which is annoying but couldn't be helped.

    2 more workouts to go but I may also do the 2 I missed out on core cardio and max interval.
