    Quick update:

    Weight in weekly increments

    7/12 168.2
    7/19 166.2
    7/26 167.5
    8/2 165.8

    2.4 lb loss for the month which if your numbers are set for me to lose half a pound a week, I'm just over that.

    I will continue with these numbers and check back again in 2 weeks.

    How are you doing with hitting the intake numbers? How are your energy and hunger levels?

    Calories: 1446.5
    Protein: 113.25
    Carb: 128.5
    Fat: 56

    4 cardio days for a total of 15 miles and 1621 calories (if HRM is right)

    I am still not hitting those macros right but I'm feeling much better than I did in week 1 and my gym energy is coming back.

    You are actually really well if you are hitting the macros you note above. Keep at it for the 2 weeks as noted and give us an update so we can tweak as needed. Update us earlier if you encounter any problems.
