All in, yo! Let's light this candle.
There are 2 goals over the next 4 weeks.
1) Follow the Strength Endurance program.
2) Eat right.

You can do it anywhere, but probably your best bet is to find a full-service gym (esp. in winter). You'll have basically unlimited access (ie, great hours), access to high quality equipment, and professional support from qualified staff (ie, degrees, certified) if you have questions. I highly recommend Wyomissing Fitness b/c of the above factors, but go where you want or do it at home.

The SE program focuses first on Strength (S). It will pepper in Power days (P). Filler Aerobic days (A). And Recovery days (R).

There is plenty of time to go over this the next 4 weeks. So we won't pack it all into one post.

This program will be a "routine" but within that routine there will be variation. The goal for overall fitness is to work every energy pathway. (the days will progress...P, A, S, R, S, P, A, etc)

That means:
1) Strength days are strength days. Slow, methodical, focus on form...lift weight.
2) Power days are power days. Go hard or go home.
3) Aerobic days are aerobic days. Stay easy, and in the zone.
4) Most importantly, rest days are rest days. Rest.

This program won't work for you if you think everyday should be balls-out. Every workout should be a "Hero" workout. In fact, that's how NOT to get results. We'll go over that later.

You can print the 4 weeks. Or see each week individually, or just show up and see it a day-at-a-time.

NOTE: You are responsible for yourself. If you read this and follow any guidance or advice, and end up injured, it's your own damn fault. None of this is professional advice. If you have questions, contact an appropriate physician or health professional. If you don't know what an exercise is, don't do it. If it hurts, stop doing it. If you don't understand the dietary material, contact a proper specialist.

This isn't rocket science, folks....eat right, move well!
