My version of BPC - Coffee, Butter, Coconut Oil, Stevia, Inulin and Nature's Best Isopure Low Carb (Dutch Chocolate) If I have this for breakfast I'm not hungry till Dinner time.
Ice Cream - many flavors homemade with Stevia instead of Sugar, better than any fat bomb out there.
    Steak
Bacon Cheese burger soup from http://www.ruled.me/bacon-cheeseburger-soup/ (check out Ruled.me he has tons of low carb recipes with clear instructions)
    Eggs

Honorable Mention - Utz Pork Rinds with homemade sugar free Jalapeno Jelly, talk about a snack ummmmm.

How do you get ice cream to be the right texture without sugar? The closest I've found to low carb ice cream that actually tastes good is the Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom stuff. But I've never found a homemade ice cream recipe without sugar that actually made what I would consider to be ice cream.

I use the confectioners type of Swerve or Erythritol and Stevia and grind them in a blender to make them powdered. After 20 to 30 min in the ice cream maker it is a very good soft serve style of ice cream. When you put it in the freezer it will get hard but take it out and let it sit for 20 or 30 min and it is soft enough to scoop. I have experimented with a small amount of Guar Gum and that helps some with the hardness. I enjoy experimenting with various ways of making it and have found that my worst disasters are still tastier and way better for me than the commercial low carb garbage.

    I'm gonna go with:
    1. Eggs all ways (deviled, over medium, scrambled, whatever...)
    2. Summer Sausage
    3. Cheese, all the cheese
    4. Bacon, of course
    5. Greek Yogurt parfait (I make my own version with a few fresh raspberries and a serving size of deluxe mixed nuts and 1 pack of sweetener)...has some carbs in it, but fits my "under 100" pretty easily

The loaded hot chocolate sounds intriguing. What's your recipe for this?
Also, I really need to buy coconut cream!
And more coconut milk so I can make more of my coconut milk-chia seed pudding.

@macchiatto we have similar tastes. I use coconut milk for my chia seed puddings.

On the loaded hot chocolate I use:
    Cocoa 3g
    Dark chocolate 5g
Chocolate Protein powder 12g (half serve)
    Whipping cream /double cream 40g
    Coconut cream 20g
Coconut milk 100ml roughly, could be a bit more
    Boiling water 100ml roughly
Blitzed in blender, ensure chocolate melted and then zapped in microwave to get it a bit hotter to drink.

Love to hear other variants that folk here have made:

One mfp user uses 25g protein powder, 15g of each coconut oil, coconut cream, HWC and butter plus hot water in their version, which inspired mine. My protein powder tasted too sweet so thus the cocoa and dark chocolate in mine. Hope this helps inspire your version. Wish i could remember and credit the original post.

I'm only a few days into this so it's interesting to see the responses above. So far, top 5 for me would comprise almonds, full fat greek yoghurt, extra thick double cream, salmon and spinach. Eggs, poached, are a very close sixth!
