My husband found a bottle of electrolyte water at the Whole Foods this past weekend. I was looking to see what is on Amazon for a cheaper alternative.
I found this:

Thoughts?

I've never seen it, sounds like a great idea. Let us know how it works.

I do not know about your product, but my naturopath has me using Trace Minerals Fulvic Magnesium. I think the product is very helpful. I know they make an electrolyte mix and it has a huge number of trace elements there. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000AMR8YO?keywords=trace minerals electrolyte stamina&qid=1452553266&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1

That's an awefully expensive way to go.
NuSalt has 530mg potassium in 1/6 teaspoon.

This magnesium supplement gives 250mg per tablet and I take 3 to 4 a day.

And sodium chloride tablets are about $12 at Walgreens for... I can't remember how many. But it's a lot.

Sodium chloride is regular table salt, right? If you are needing potassium only, then the NuSalt is a great, low cost item. Magnesium and potassium both help with cramping. But normal magnesium can have digestive issues. Unless you invest in the fulvic magnesium, which doesn't cause this issue. Things like Gatorade have very little trace minerals, primarily just magnesium and potassium... so are you hoping to get different/more electrolytes than just those two?

I was hoping to increase total electrolytes without having to take any more pills. This seemed like it addressed all/most? Of the minerals that need to be supplemented for the Keto flu.

I have the product you linked and I like it. There are cheaper ways to get electrolytes as mentioned above but this is easy for me. It comes with a small bottle to carry in your purse so if I feel off on the go I can drink some really quick.

Take the nu-salt and mix it with Lawry's season salt. YUMMY! Then you'll get 2 of 3 electrolytes when you heavily salt your food.

I've also added NuSalt and salt to water. Either make it a small amount and chug it or make it diluted and drink it over a couple hours. I would have to take 10-15 servings of the electrolyte liquid a day. Too much for my budget.
For my kids that have a hard time swallowing big pills, I blend all of them into a drink and they just have to chug a small glass to get their magnesium and Vitamin C. Can't figure out how to get my son to take the krill oil because it's gonna taste disgusting and even the smallest ones are still too big.

@Sunny_Bunny_ Could you make a form of fat bomb with it? Some sort of gummy or something with a stronger flavor?

This one is neat, because I read somewhere recently that Taurine helps your body manage and process excess blood sugars, which is one way some of the energy drinks can help when consumed in limited moderation. It also includes the boron so many of us are missing!

@KnitOrMiss I haven't thought much further into it yet as far as the krill oil goes. My son has been asking for my low carb vanilla protein shake for breakfast (I'm no longer using that myself because I was getting waaaaaay too much protein). I've been slipping some MCT into his shake and I'm wondering how the krill oil would taste... If I could hide it in the shake. Then he could at least get some on days he drinks a shake. I'm also trying to wean him onto coconut almond milk from regular milk. He says he doesn't like the taste but he hasn't noticed that his shake is a 50/50 blend! lol
He's being a good sport about taking the "shot" of Vit C and magnesium powder I showed you before. It's super sour! Like drinking 3 ounces of straight lemon juice! He says he would rather take it as a shot than add more water and have to drink a whole cup. lol
