    I'm back again! First day on C1 today. I realize, once again, that I keep my body in starvation mode most of the time. I'd forgotten how much eating is involved in this diet!

    Good morning ladies!!
    I am on day 1 today of cycle 1 and would love the support! ;-) my best friend did this diet two years ago to prepare for her wedding and in 4 months she lost 45 lbs but the best part is that she kept 40 lbs of it completely off since then! it's been 2 years!!!! She does go back to it from time to time but nothing religiously! I know that this works just need the support to continue
