Week 2 Brain Fog Sucks!!

The brain fog of induction truly sucks for me. My energy levels are actually ok, but my head is fuzzy and I have to think to work.
I'm hoping I get through it before I get fired. LOL.
I haven't found anything that 'fixes' the brain fog part except time. Anyone find anything that helps?
I really wish MFP had a search option for discussions in groups.

    I'm upping the sodium to see if that helps. I just got done drinking a coffee with 1/2 tsp pink salt added to it. I am putting extra salt on everything I eat.
    How do you track your sodium intake? measure it before you put on your food? I see the range, what is it 2000- 5000? Other than what shows up in the MFP tracking, I don't know how to 'count' it.
    I'm eating 1 whole dill pickle a day.

    The first couple weeks you dump a lot of sodium. Phinney and Volek recommend 5g/d. You can taper off after a while.

    Their favorite source is bone broth. Really, any soup will do it. You should feel better even after a couple pickles (about 600mg).
