But this is MFT! Of course you can.

Look, let's start here: let's say you are carrying some fat.

Ok, you have, say, 15 pounds of fat, a layer of flab, on your body.

The ONLY way that will disappear, is to EAT LESS.

Take in fewer calories, and your body will be forced to burn that fat.

That's it...the ONLY way. So you just need to ask yourself, "How bold am I willing to be to reach this goal?"

"But I get hungry, and I workout so I need energy."

*kitten*. If we assume that 1 lb of fat is 3500 calories, then your extra 15lbs sitting on your body is like 50,000 calories of energy waiting to be mobilized. So, no you won't get "hungry" and, yes, you'll have plenty of energy to workout.

"Well, like how many calories do I eat?"

Think of it this way. If you did not move all day, you would burn maybe 1200-2000 calories just to stay alive. Hell, that's gravy! That's your BMR.

So, imagine, just by eating less, say eating ONLY 1200-1500 calories, your body is in fat burn mode... Rock that out!

"That sounds extreme?"
Yeah, well so does carrying around a 15 lb dumbell of fat, so you can't have it both ways.

This is a 4 week MFT, get at it, go hard, be disciplined....DO WHAT YOU WOULD RATHER NOT DO!
