So I have gone 3 years without a period today after shoveling the driveway and dealing with winter. Along comes my long lost friend. What's the deal? Are you back? Just popping in for a visit or is it that last fling? I'm not please.

    If you've gone 3 years, and you're sure you're menopausal, I'd see the doctor.

    good idea I called my Ob-gyn and then I called my daughters colleagues who have been studying my geonomes. Ob says if it's just a mild one which it is we shall see about next month, mark the calendar. My daughters colleagues are like Oh no that's not right and I'm to drop off a blood sample. Can't have their favorite guinea pig have any problems. LOL
