Hi there...
I had gastric bypass surgery July 2013. I were not always committed, but am now the last few weeks so committed and totally ready to loose the last of my weight...
I would love to make some new friends who also had surgery...

    Hi I'm new here. I'm having my sleeve surgery on March 9th. One week & 1 day. I can't believe it's already here. I'm on day 4 of 10 day preop of Optifast shakes, bars, and soup. Doing ok so far. Some hunger but I've been able to find positive ways to deal with it. Anyone else close to their surgery date?

    Hi Daisy, I remember you! I also had my surgery in July of 2013 and was very active on here for a year or so. Gained some back last year and have been turning it around again since last November. We're all worth it! Healthy, happy, and wonderful.

    Hello! Over 6 months VSGer and also occasional shift worker (at a hospital), so if you work wacky hours, I am a great friend to add who can understand and add support to those of us who live on the dark side! :-)

    However, can people please leave a little note, even just "WLS" so I have a reference? My friends' list is ONLY WLS people, my nutritionist and my mom.

    If I get friended and the profile is private or mostly blank, and I don't recognize the name, I deny. *shrug* Don't wanna deny you guys, but like my privacy. I had people "yelling" at me in messages about eating too little, so I changed who I accept.
