Yes.
For me, since breaking my ankle and tearing ligaments, I understandably rested and didn't even do anything extra at home.
But now, it's over a month. As I've said on other threads, I can't just sit around for the forseeable future. Sure I'll do my PT therapy and ice the affected limbs, but today I also did a VHS tape that I used to love - Kari Anderson's Curl. It was 20 minutes of abs.
I know it doesn't mean much, compared to doing an hour of spin and an hour of weights, but it doesn't mean nothing either !!!1 -

….and now a lot of us are on Stay at Home orders. No one wants to lose muscle with gyms closed, but no one is moving very much anymore.
I'm training every day with a workout from one of my gym instructors but it's not the same thing.
