If I add 'cardio' and choose option YOGA
For 60 minutes. MFP tallies the calories.
I put in strength exercises (6) that I do regularly at physical therapy. But if I choose them, MFP will not add the calories. What am I doing wrong?

The "strength" exercise section is a place for you to track your reps and weights etc. If you want to get the calories calculated out, choose cardio and pick "strength training". Let me know if that makes sense!0

That was helpful. I did what you said and added strength training under cardio. But now I have no idea how to manage the strength exercises I added under strength.0
