Hey-ho Phreakazoids!
So this is preaching to the choir!
Right....eat less, eat high quality calories, cut sugar/grains...get shredded!

The real issue is finding the mojo inside to get committed and get it done...MFT!
So, let's rock...

A huge approach is IF-ing! Read on below.
But in a nutshell...train the body to go longer periods without food, and vary the times when it gets the food. Then you tap into the FURNACE that your body is!

I also love the line from the FatBurningMan page...did you ever notice you only get hungry when you eat?! Yeah, man...it's that excessive, constant, omnipresent "foodness" that you have to get over. So kick it in the teeth...and don't eat just at those times when you think you "should" eat or "want to" eat! MFT!

Eat less calories, eat less frequently, eat less on a "schedule".....kill it! 4 weeks!
