    I have a question that I did a quick search for in the FB group, but didn't see it. For the pre-WOD meal, how soon before the WOD should you eat? And I forget - are slow carbs best pre-WOD and fast carbs best for post-WOD?

    I just joined ETP. Does everyone do Crossfit? I don't. I'm having trouble figuring out when I should do a high or medium day because most of the descriptions are related to WOD. I'm counting my longer HiiT and Heavy Strength workouts as High days. My mediums I am counting days where I workout longer and do higher intensity cardio and endurance weights -- lower weights (8-15 pounds) and higher reps -- such as kickboxing and weight circuits. Does that sound right? Low days are pretty easy to figure out. :smile:
