I've been a member since May 2015 and have experienced great results so far! I'm excited to have discovered this MFP group and hoping to breathe some life into it.

Hi, I'm in the market for a new fitness tracker. Currently have a garmin forerunner but wanna upgrade to something with better calorie burned accuracy ( HR monitoring) Mainly doing bodybuilding style training and walking, jogging. Any recommendations ?
How long does this last? All I've done so far is gain 5 lbs of water in my stomach. Ugh. Going on a cruise in a month. This is no Bueno.
