How do you interpret that?
Reason I ask is the other day at soccer, I tweaked my knee. Could not straighten it or extend with weight bearing. Due to the nature of Insanity, I opted to miss 2 days of workouts while i rest my knee and it's starting to feel better. Can I get right back into it assuming I'm not feeling any PAIN (not muscle soreness, pain)

If you mean for when Shaun T is saying it, I think he means don't exert yourself too much and feel pressured to be like the people on the video - they are all fitness trainers!
About your knee, if you have to rest you should... I can imagine some of jumping could hurt it, so I wouldn't risk it until the pain is completely gone. You don't want to end up hurting yourself even more and ended up having to wait even longer to get back to it.0
