    Hi everyone! What are your nutrition / fitness goals? I would like to cut added sugars from my diet, eat more vegetables, and stop eating fast food.

    Hi Everyone! Although mine is a little different, I'm on a much higher diet than the rest of you. Mine is for performance and muscle building for a power lifting meet in late Feb and the Crossfit Games Open (don't think I'll make it past that) and a few other competitions. My main goal is to meal prep and have everything planned out ahead of time and to meet my macros. Below is my breakdown. :)
    Training Days
    • Calories: 2235
    • Protein: 150
    • Carbs: 240
    • Fat: 75
    Recovery Days
    • Calories: 1835
    • Protein: 150
    • Carbs: 140
    • Fat: 75
