Hi Everyone! Although mine is a little different, I'm on a much higher diet than the rest of you. Mine is for performance and muscle building for a power lifting meet in late Feb and the Crossfit Games Open (don't think I'll make it past that) and a few other competitions. My main goal is to meal prep and have everything planned out ahead of time and to meet my macros. Below is my breakdown.
Training Days- Calories: 2235
- Protein: 150
- Carbs: 240
- Fat: 75
- Calories: 1835
- Protein: 150
- Carbs: 140
- Fat: 75
