This Tuesday I did my taebo strength video as usual. No big deal. I thought I was done for the evening, then outta the blue I got a second wind so I did Six Week Six Pack. Grand total of an hour workout.
Today I started with taebo cardio (hard to do in a small space) and went to my strength video. Again totaling an hour.
I have to say, one hour sessions are getting easy-peasy. AND, even though I only worked out 3x this week instead of my 5x, I still worked out 22 minutes longer than last week.
