Stage 3 Results with pics

Hello again! Last night I finished Stage 3 and am very happy with the results. There were some tough moves (YTWL and 90 second planks….the Body Matrix?!?!), but I got through it! I’ve been doing this program for two months and am really happy with the results so far. At this point I have 4.5 months till my wedding, and 3 until my first dress fitting. I know if I continue to work hard and pay attention to my diet I will continue to get results. In short, since starting this program I’ve lost .6 pounds and 9.5 inches. My clothes are fitting much better and in some things, becoming a little too roomy! From my progress pics, it looks like the shorts I take photos in keep getting longer, but there is just less of me to bunch the fabric up. It’s the little details that are so encouraging! I think the next set of pictures might be in a bathing suit because the shorts aren’t doing me justice. ☺
Stats (since beginning):
Weight: 159 → 158.4
Triceps: 13 → 12.5
Chest: 38.75 → 37.25
Ribcage: 33.75 → 31.5
Waist: 32.25 → 30.25
Abdomen (navel): 36.5 → 34.5
Hips: 40 → 39
Thigh: 24.25 → 24
Strength Gains/Finishing Weight (only those worth mentioning):
DB Single leg Romanian deadlift: 35 each hand
Bent-over row: 75
Single-arm overhead squat: 12.5/25
DB Benchpress: 30 each hand
Partial single-leg squat: 25 lb plate
Lat pulldown: 140
Back extension: 45 lb plate
YTWL: 10 each hand

Amazing changes! And very impressive weights. I just finshed phase 3 as well and you are lifting about 5 lbs. more than me on most things. Keep it up girl!0
