I did so good for 2 weeks I even lost 7 lbs, now i can't seem to stop eating the carbs and get in some better protein to keep me full. I feel off the wagon this week waiting for a big interview that seems to keep getting pushed back and i don't do well under stress, but if I can keep full then I won't want to eat so many carbs. I need some great ideas to stay full and even some good snack ideas...Thanks and GO!!!!!!!!
just wanted to give some additional info, I work in a call center and i sit almost 8 hours a day. My hopeful new position will be a supervisor so i won't be sitting as much TIA
