Who uses apple cider vinegar? What do you use it for? Does it help? Any suggestions/tips? I've been seeing articles claiming it has numerous health benefits, and I just read that it's high in potassium, so I'm thinking of getting hubby and myself to drink a bit every day, but I'm nervous to start out.

Put a tablespoon in a big glass of water. It reminds me of a light wine spritzer. It's a little weird the first time but not bad and you get used to it. It helps with digestion for one.0

I've been using it daily in water to combat heartburn, and so far so good! It's not as bad as you think!0

I use it topically to clear up rashes. Also add it to my bone broth to help the bones release all their goodness.0

The best ACV is the unfiltered, unpasteurized. it has the "mother" (probiotic):
Like @JessicaLCHF, I put in bone broth. Also, I sometimes put it into my fermented veggies to get diversification of the probiotics.
