this going to take a lot of will power and dedication
1) ALL JUNK FOOD NEEDS TO STOP
2) NO EATING OUT (once a week is fine as along as you don't over do it)
3) GYM IS YOUR BEST FRIEND 3-6 TIMES A WEEK
4)STRENGTH TRAINING IS IMPORTANT
5) HIT WILL HELP YOUR BODY WITH WEIGHT LOSS
6) NOOOOO DRINKINGGGGGGGGG
7) EAT HEALTHY, 4 TIMES DAILY, 3 HOURS APART
8) ALWAYS GIVE YOURSELF GOOD COMMENTS!!
