Over the past few months I've been trying to eat a bit more, particularly on training days, to help support muscle growth and boost my metabolism. I am finding though that on days where I eat healthy foods (especially high fibre foods), I get full much quicker and often have a couple of hundred calories left at the end of the day.
I'm all for listening to your body and not eating if you're not hungry, but i also don't want to inadvertently undereat and undermine my training. Really not sure if I should be pushing to get more food in, or just not worrying about it. Thoughts?

What are your calories to begin with? Are you eating at a deficit or building muscle? You might want to check out the group eat more 2 weigh less they talk about bulking and cutting. I'm not always hungry but I want to make sure to get my protein in and fuel my body.0
