Low carb soup?

Waiting to get snowed in tonight and would like to make some soup. Anyone have a good low carb soup recipe.

My other daughter made this and raved on it. I'll have to try it soon.
A couple tricks I have added are to make burger patties and grill them instead of just cooking the meat in a pan, then break the patties up into bite sized chunks. The grilling adds another layer of flavor. I like things spicy so I throw a bunch of sliced Jalapenos in as well as extra pickles.0 -

It is delicious!!!! I had a bag of limes in my fridge so I cut 2 of them up and tossed them in the chicken broth!0
