Soccer Goals-nutrition

Hi girls!
I currently weigh 148 pounds, and I'm 5'7. I have been trying for the past few years to gain muscle and lose body fat so I can get better at soccer. Problem is, no matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to lose body fat (I am currently at ~24%). Nutrition is so confusing: I don't want to lose muscle by not eating enough, but I also don't want to gain extra fat. Plus, I'm in university and stress eating has always affected me. It's hard to know how much to eat, and what?
I'm sure others have been put in this situation before, any advice? I am currently playing soccer 2-3x a week and lifting weights 2x a week. Plus, I have just started eating Quest protein bars after particularly vigorous workouts.
