Cancel this request I have since learn that I should not automatically sync because Garmin as it will adjust automatically I have to treat Garmin and MFP as individuals and manually enter exercise. Thank you

I have set everything up on MFP to EM2WL. That of course includes all my exercise calories. Built in. I have just come back from a run and burnt 1502 calories that has automatically uploaded to MFP as I would expect. However MFP is giving me a remaining total of 2664. I have noticed people logging their exercise as 1cal and I have no idea how to change it from 1502 to 1 can anyone help please, many thanks.
