I want to write a cookbook

I wish I had time to write a cookbook for my own pleasure. I want to be able to do the proper research, try out the recipes, have others test them, and take the pictures. Maybe I'll just start a blog so I can slowly work on the recipe collection. And figure out the creative twist that will compel people to buy the finished product.
