    Journaled food but the rest is really terrible. Almost 4000 calories over my limit this week <sigh>

    I am doing quite fine. I've been eating more than I usually allow myself but it is still under my maintenance. I've been diligently working out although I stopped running since my feet is kind of sore right now (I thought it needs a week rest because it is really painful when I start to run).

    I've been doing horrible. I have been able to keep my workout routine but I am eating way too much. So obviously I am canceling all my hardwork by eating poorly. I really need to work on my self control.

    Self control is SO hard!! I battled that for a long time, hang in there and keep trying. It really is a big mind game, and you can beat yourself at your own game.
