Just a reminder to weigh-in tomorrow and send me your stats! But more importantly as we head into this challenge, sit down and think about what your specific goals are and why you are doing this (yes, the cash pot at the end is nice...but think also about what you would like to achieve and what will be different for you in how you feel and perform at the end of the challenge (improved sleep, energy, better athletic performance, etc)...actually putting your goals on paper makes it more than twice as likely that you will actually achieve them).
