I completed KCM Weghts. I did the upper body workout (biceps triceps and shoulders) with a 5 pound weight. I really liked the "active rest" with the 1 minute abs workout. I do think the last section working the biceps I needed a heavier weight. I guess I need to get that 7 pounder.
My legs are still recovering from the 2 hours of tennis on Sat. So I didn't attempt a second workout. I did get in 5,437 steps for 2.22 miles.
In the office tomorrow and tennis practice after work.
