Happy Tuesday everyone! Wow, what a great group of amazing people! I'm so excited about this challenge and am happy to see it start to grow and people starting to connect.

Please take a minute to go to the announcement section and download the spreadsheet. I've never used Google docs in MFP so I hope it works!

Also, we will need to start creating teams in the next couple of days. I thought it'd be easiest to just color-code teams and let you all pick the one you want to be on. So have created teams in the discussions section. Once teams are made, pick a team leader to "represent" your group (this can be done any time before Sunday).

Each week, post your points to your team leader. Team leaders: tally up the points from all members, divide by the number of active members for the week for a team average (the rationale for the average is because if we used total points, it wouldn't be fair if one team has 3 members and another has 7). Send to me your team average, and the name of the highest contributor (with their total points for the week) by Monday at noon (PST) each week. The team with the highest average wins that week, and the individual with the most points for the week gets extra Kuddos.
