8-Week Fitness Challenge (starts Feb 1, 2016)

I have always done well in group challenges. I have been looking for one to join but haven't seen any that are about making behavior changes (the challenges I've seen lately are about weight loss without consideration to HOW the weight is lost!)
So, I've created my own weekly challenge and hope you will join me! It includes social aspects (contacting team mates), water intake challenge, increase fruits and vegetables, cutting out sugar and alcohol, and increasing exercise.
So join the fun, pick a team, download the spreadsheet, and we will all get started on February 1 (though we will want to weigh in the day before).
