In terms of macros, carbs are fine, protein seems good, but somewhat high. I assume you're lifting weights.
Calories seem low. Most people here like to eat till they're full.
Food-wise, what's with the low-fat cheese and eggbeaters?
Eat till full, and let fat help you get there.

Lol yeah I lift quite a bit, I'm looking to cut about 10 pounds and start bulking the low fat cottage cheese and egg beaters are remnant of the food I had left from my traditional cut0 -
