Good morning, Woggers!
How is everybody today? Feeling good? Feeling ENERGIZED? Ready for Day 2 of Week 4? I had trouble with Day 1 -- the last 5 minute segment of jogging nearly killed me. I had to walk the last minute of it. I hope to be able to finish it this time.
Here's your workout for today:
W4, D2
5-minute warm-up (I don't have to remind you to stretch anymore, do I?)
*Jog 3 minutes
*Walk 90 seconds
*Jog 5 minutes
*Walk 2.5 minutes
*Jog 3 minutes
*Walk 90 seconds
*Jog 5 minutes
5-minute cool down. Go get a drink of water.
Good luck!
Dee

Fitness 22's triade of apps (Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats) W1D2 complete and Zen Labs 10K app W4D2 complete (with all four sprints at end). Did the F22 triade first today as a warm-up for the 10K app. Worked great. Total workout time for all (according to my FitBit Charge HR), 69 minutes, 5,966 steps, 654 cals, with 44 active minutes (heart rate above 96 bpm).
Felt much better about this workout after 48 hours of "rest". 2 minutes above UTR (160 bpm) 'peak zone' with a peak heart rate of 169 bpm. 33 minutes in 'cardio zone', 16 minutes below LTR (130 bpm) 'fat burning zone' and the rest of the time out of zone (<96 bpm).
