keto and exercise (or not!)

Hello! Curious about how many of you are losing without actually going to the gym/doing a "workout"? Reluctant to renew my membership (time and money issues) but can manage a 45 minute walk with the dog 4 days/week + one 90 minute yoga session......I was doing LC all summer and it was flying off but was also pretty active. Thoughts??

I did no regular physical exercise until sometime in November after dropping carbs last March. I do exercise more now than I did, but still have pain issues with many exercises, so that keeps me from fully committing. I'm having great success with the vertical planking I've been doing for the past week, or so!! Want to continue working on this newfound strength, even if it takes baby steps to make it!0
