In need of support

Hi everyone, I am in need of friends on my fitness pal. I have lost 121 pounds since September 26th 2012 and need to lose 22 pounds before my year anniversary. I am having a hard time with getting my exercise in and am eating the right things but to many times a day. So I would love to support others as well. Friend me!

    Exercise is my #1 priority first thing in the morning so I don't have excuses for not getting it in and also so the task isn't looming over my head until it's done. That means the alarm goes off at 5am, but then I'm done for the day!

    As long as you're not going over your calorie goal, it doesn't matter how many times a day you're eating, so don't sweat it if you have 3 meals, 6 meals or 8 meals...stay within the calorie goal...that's what truly matters.
