Hi all. I've been hearing so much about this book and just wondering if anyone knows if there is a group set up for it already or an ongoing discussion? Thanks!

I'm loving it so far. Only one month in but it's my fourth Lou Schuler book and he hasn't steered me wrong yet!

Pudding, what other books have you tried and how did you like them? Just curious if you find any better than the others.

I did For Women, Supercharged, then Abs. If I could do it over I would have done Abs in between the other two, mostly because Abs is a shorter program (three months or so) and the others took much longer (I think NROLFW was about six months and Supercharged was nine). But I really enjoyed all of them. I think I liked Suoercharged best because you could choose your own exercises, and I felt a real sense of accomplishment in committing to and completing a nine month program. But then I also liked the structure of FW when I was just starting out, cause it was all new and gave me some good starts on the basics. I liked that Abs was short because I did it in the fall, which was a nice time for a change, and it was quick.

    Helpful?

Thanks Pudding! That is helpful! I don't have abs but have been tempted to try it. I'm working through a kettlebells program at the moment and am trying to decide what to do next. I started NROL4W but stopped because of an injury. I'm tempted to start with either Strong or Strong Curves by Bret Contreras. Both are really solid programs. The tough choices we need to make!
