Week 5 " Cleanse"/ Weigh-in

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great week so far. Weigh in is tomorrow . I hope you all did well. As far as this coming week, there's a few new things that you'll need for this week. First you must have the lemon water everyday this week, but with either Flaxseed oil or ground Flaxseed . Also you'll need Hibiscus tea and 100% cranberry juice no sugar added. This week is considered a detox week but an eating detox. This week will continue to help your body get rid of any toxins from your body that have built up from eating the wrong things over the years. Yes, your body does naturally detoxes itself naturally , but this helps and gives your body a hand. :smile: Also there is no alcohol allowed this week, but it is allowed the following week. The previous weeks you had flexibility to choose your snacks, but this week you must choose from the list that's in the book for that day. This week some shakes and smoothies will be 200 calories, but others will be more, so pay close attention. The same goes for the soups, just remember the sodium(salt) content, still 480mg or less. So the rest is the same , drink a glass of water before and during each meal. Soups may be eaten with 2 saltines, when drinking smoothies or shakes you must have a serving of fruit or vegetables with it. You are allowed coffee this week just remember it has to be 50 calories or less. Don't eat the last meal within 90 minutes of going to bed, because of digestion. Don't skip meals if you can, you don't have to eat it all, but you should have a little something. Condiments can be used but only 1 teaspoon at each meal.
