Paleo & LeanGains?

Hello friends!

Does anyone follow LeanGains, Paleo-style?

If so can you tell me a bit about it? Namely how you've found it works for you, whether or not you'd recommend it to somone and if you would, would you recommend it to any and everyone?

I'm curious and doing some reading but would love to hear from somone living it!

    I just looked it up. I haven't really heard of it until now, and I'm still not sure I understand what it is, unless it is just IF?

    LeanGains is just a form of IF, which a lot of Paleos do even naturally.

    IF in general isn't for everyone, but if you find yourself not wanting to eat one or more meals, then it's worth trying it out and should be a fairly easy transition.

    One thing to note, though, is that some (many?) women seem to not do well going much beyond 16 hours fasting. Some can (and some go beyond and do 5:2 fasting), some can't, but don't feel bad if you find you can't.
