Hi my Lidia..looking fwd to starting on Monday..
I'd love the extra support .. I'm an Aussie living in California so I'm far from home...
I'm nervous about fitting exercise in.. I'd love any advice..

Except Sat and Sun my schedule looks like this..
5:30am wake up
6-7am drive to work
7-12pm working
12pm-1pm break but there are no showers at work
1-4pm working
4-5pm drive to pick the kids
6pm arrive home
6-7:30pm spend time with the twin, eat and put kids to bed, shower book teeth etc
8-8:30pm everything finish
8:30pm potential exercise time and food prep time..

Could you guys see any time saving opportunities or exercise options..

My work schedule is tough..

    Hi Monte74
My sister does the following which ends up burning 200 calories a day:
Whilst at work every 1.5 hours she does a 7min power walk. She walks to the car park, does a few laps and returns back to her desk. She does this 5 times in the day. If you have stairs at work, then 7 mins of going up and down stairs will give you better results. It is better than nothing.

Also look up exercises you can do at the desk.

Is there any way you can all do a family walk together before or after dinner? Also investing time in a big cook up and freezing meals will hopefully give you time to exercise. The key is finding an activity that also involves the family so you can manage to have quality time whilst getting fit.

You will find a solution :) Cheers to achieving your goals.

It's winter right now in Califirnia so it's dark when I get home but I love that 7min break idea. I'm on the 12th floor and at night I always walk down the stairs.. Up is still a little challenging as I'm mega unfit..

I will def work that into my schedule and yes cook up is on the cards tomorrow.. ❤️

Did a big cook up tonight and everything is ready for tomorrow.. Super excited.. Think I'll do a 30 min lunchtime walk plus the workout video at night.. Hopefully won't disturb the neighbours below me.. Oh how I miss my house in Melb..

    Thx again for listening ❤️

Some great ideas. I think michelle has a few just short sessions somewhere in the vids. Check them out. Start a work place squat, sit-up, lunge challenge.
