Feb. 14: 11.1 miles today. Our temps hit a big 14 today so I got a 8.1 mile run in and 3 miles with the pups this morning and afternoon.
TTD: 141.25 miles.
Just had to share this Valentine card. It reminds me of my belated aunt and uncle. Definitely something he would have said to her. Anyway....hope everyone had a wonderful day.

15th: 4.5 miles purposeful walking, 2.97 trail running - MTD 78.80
Really enjoying running at the moment . . . . no injuries (yet) . . . . slowly building up my stamina . . . the orthopaedic consultant did say that, with care and stretching, I should be able to do at least 5k's . . . so I'm working on it!0 -
