I'm carb cycling with three low carb days of 70 g of carbs and the fourth day with high carbs 350g. I exercise almost every day. It has been reducing my body fat. My problem is meeting the high carb requirement without adding too many calories by eating oatmeal, sweet potatos, Fiber One, Millet and Rice Ramin, etc., but those calories are adding up. Any suggestions for increasing carbs with a minimal effect on calories?

    Carbohydrate has approximately 4 calories per gram. If the issue is too many calories then you're probably selecting foods that are a mix of carbs and fat.

    If it were me, I'd choose larger bowls of oatmeal, white rice, bread....
