Since I started going to the gym the scale has just been going up and down.0 -

Looks like I won't reach my goal for this month. Dealing with some medical issues and I pulled a muscle in my back. I will focus on food intake for the rest of the challenge.

Not happy today. I finally updated MFP weight as I thought it was going to stick, but I'm up again today....
Onward and hopefully downward... But it is not looking like I am going to make my goal for the month.
