I have been waiting for the week five weigh in thread! I'm not sure who starts it each time? Hope to be posting soon, hope everyone did well this week. I'm at 283 so a loss of I believe 2.5 pounds this week

    1 pound loss this last week... 9 lbs total since January 1st.
    I think I will need to step up my exercise routine if I want to see another 8-9 pounds this month. =)
