I was at the grocery store today to pick up some fresh veggies and other necessities. Some how, when I wasn't looking, my hand reached out for the chips and dip and a couple of Mars bars. I had such good intentions when Azari went in there. I had my list I had pre-planned my meals and snacks for the week, then I went off the rails in five minutes.
So, when I get up tomorrow, I expect my blood sugar will be threw the roof, but I'll carry on. I will check my sugars before bedtime too.
Aahhhh!!!

    It's not supposed to say Azari went in there, it's supposed to say, I went in there. This auto correct is killing me.

    Been there many times. I don't know how or why. I wish I did. In the meantime the market can be a scary place.
