Hello Group!
I am currently training for a half marathon I will be doing on May 8th. I have done about five 5k's and one 10k last may. I can easily run 5k's but I am a little nervous for the half. I want to lose weight a long the way. My goal is to lose 10 to 15 pounds while training. I have about 14 weeks until the race. Do you think I am pushing the limits?!

I think with a plan you can do this easy; ) recommend focusing on either performance or weight not both. So decide which is more important. The other will come too but not as much0
