Starting the new month with a reminder to myself. :)

Run tonight after work. Supposed to still be warm for this time of year (I'm seeing 30 - typically in the teens), and then Jason.

    Happy Monday, all.

BEST.THREADSTARTER.EVER! I love it! The perfect reminder.

Today starts a weird week of strikes here. I had a million things to do, but a friend talked me into going to a book swap (English speakers and expats) and that was nice. Dropped off some toys for the good people who meet the ferries at the port with refugees arriving from the islands. Still have a binful of toys to give, for the transit camps, which may get full this week, as the main national highway has been shut down by farmers protesting cuts. Gonna be a very crazy week. Son decided to work at home instead of tutor and will tomorrow too because of transit strike. Gonna take the kids for ice cream when kindergarten lets out. Mostly sticking to our neighborhood and testing out my legs....and what a difference!! I have to remember to engage my glutes, but it's working!! I'm in disbelief that I'm finally feeling better after all these months. Still no workout, but I feel like at this rate, I could be ready to do normal workouts maybe within a week, and mat workouts as soon as I'm home during the day unlike today. Laura, I'll have to remember that trick for planks too... I bet I've always done them wrong too just using abs and not butt!
