Weight gain but lost inches Question

Hello All,
Quick question I had lost 8 lbs and lost 15 inches through strength and cardio in January and then at the end of the month I have gone up 2 pounds. Nothing has changed.
Until last week I upped and varied my exercise but I noticed my net calories were much lower. I had DOMs and presumed it was that but now thats gone and the weight is still there.
My diary is open if anyone cares to take a look. As I am slightly confused as on the week my calories are lower and exercise higher this has happened.
I should also add that I am breastfeeding too.
Thanks

Start taking daily weight readings and average them over 1 week.
Then compare week to week average as this will smooth out weight fluctuations that naturally happen.0
