Well guys I made it through my first month! I thought I would start a success thread for myself and post weight lost and inches lost for each month as well as a progress photo ☺️. I'm pretty proud of myself I lost 18 pounds and 25.25 inches total. I took a lot of measurements so I would be able to see movement in as many places as possible. Trying to make sure I have motivation even when the scale isn't as friendly. So here is my breakdown:
Neck: -0.5"
Chest: -4.5"
Ribs:-4.5"
Waist: -3.5"
Belly: -4"
Hips:-1.5"
Right Bicep: -0.5"
Right Fore Arm: -0.25"
Left Bicep: -0.5"

Here are my results for February! Not as drastic as January but we all start to slow down unfortunately. I will definitely take this! Bring it on March!!

Totally nailed March! I'm very excited about my results this month! I am Down a total of 49.9 pounds and 53.5" total . Just the tiniest sliver left til I hit 50! Almost a month and a half before my goal date to hit 50 pounds which was May 15! Bring it on April!!!
